Ranjit Hockey Cup: Semifinal line up drawn (2/21/2009)

Indian colts will take on Punjab & Sind Bank while Bharat Petroleum fight it out against Punjab National Bank in the semifinals of the 5th Maharaja Ranjit Singh Hockey Cup.

In the crucial matches played today at Gurgaon, Indian Colts defeated Namdhari Xi by an odd goal scored by sensational striker Jaykaran in the 8th minute. The losing team's Manak SIngh was declared Man of the match.

In the other match, Yudhveer Singh (man of the Match winner) and Lakwinder together posted three goals between them to deny the Indian Oil any forward movement. All the Oil men could do was to score a lone goal by Roshan Minz.

The semifinals will be held at 12 and 14 hours tomorrow, the first will be between BP and PNB
