In 46th jindal steel nehru hockey tournament, 3 matches were played on 17th November.

In the first one, Punjab National Bank beat Karnatka XI 3-1. Karnatka took lead with Dinesh's goal in the 12th minute. But PNB came back strongly with Satpal, Lakhwinder & Yudhvir Singh scoring once each. Satpal & Lakhwinder converted the penalty corners while Yudhvir scored off a penalty stroke.

In the second match, SAI XI thrashed Rock Rovers 8-0! Abhishek & Affan Yousuf scored twice each while Sunil Yadav, Juiraid, Azam Baig & Kuldeep Moir netted once each for this thumping win.

In the last match, Border Security Force beat South Central Railways 2-0. Both teams struggled to scored until Virenderjit Singh converted a penalty corner in the 52nd minute. 9 minutes later, Saranjit Singh made it 2-0 for B.S.F. and thus, sealed the match.
